The Three Investigators team was made up of James, Joe and Andy. They operated at a hidden office behind James’ house, near a handicraft shop operated by James’ uncle and aunt. The boys usually helped James’ uncle repair old goods bought by his uncle. One day, James’ uncle brought back a box containing many things, including a very peculiar broken electric clock which had no batteries. What made the clock peculiar was that once it is being touched, it would start wailing. The boys decided to look for the maker of the clock to find out why the clock was made to wail. After some research, they finally found the clock’s maker but he refused to tell hem why it was made to wail. Did the boys succeed in unveiling the mystery behind the wailing clock?
