Bobby, Anne and Tommy were spending their holidays at the Seaside VIllage. While at the village, they met Sylvester who worked at the circus while looking for his father. There was a secret marine bay run by the goverment near the resort where they were staying. However, there was news that strange things were occuring at the secret marine bay. in the resort, there were other interesting guests such as the old Professor, a clown, an opera singer and an undercover detective! The detective was there to investigate about spies and traitors of the country. Meanwhile, Sylvester gets closer in his search for his father.
